Nose: It opens with oxygen to a sour granny smith, salted caramel and fruity nuances of peach sun tea. Palate: The palate starts out acidic and zesty with notes of Curacao orange liqueur and candied ginger. Green cardamom adds brightness and slight whisper of anise. It develops into a viscous and warming palate of spiced orange and pine needles. Finish: The overall lasting impression tickles the tip of the tongue, sticks to the mid palate, and coats the throat for a warming sensation.
