Producer's Notes: The wine is a deep and vibrant ruby red and fills the glass with an aromatic bouquet of fresh roses and violets, warm spices, candied fruit, and savory herbs. Silice has cool and reticent flavors of the perfect summer berries that are crunchy and bursting with juicy acidity. It has great body with a long and complex finish with notes of smoke, spice, and exotic wood. This is not an overtly ripe or jammy wine but rather it lives on the treble end of the spectrum.
