The House of Glunz & The Glunz Tavern Cassoulet Wine Dinner Four Courses and Seven Wines Thursday, January 30th, at 6:00PM Two White Wines, Four Red Wines and a Dessert Wine Will Accompany A Dinner of Four Classic French Courses Including a Traditional Cassoulet Main Course $125 includes gratuity Cassoulet is a traditional Southwestern French dinner and probably one of the most iconic of France. For almost 800 years the French have enjoyed Cassoulet and the ingredients can vary. We will be featuring what is considered the more traditional recipe made with Toulouse Sausage, Pork Belly and Duck Leg Confit.
