2019 Les Planels is a full-bodied 100% biodynamic Syrah from a single 7.4-acre parcel in the exceptional Minervois appellation CRU La Livinière with mixed soils of clay, limestone, and sandstone. Highly complex bouquet with notes of black cherries, black currants, licorice, pepper and cured meats, with a full, rich mouthfeel and a pleasing finish. A stand-out wine for the region.
