Producer's Notes: Pink pomegranate seed color with purple reflections displaying fine bright perlage. Fresh, crispy, lively, aromas full of ripe cherry and berry flavours. A light body that is exceptionally smooth and satiny. Surprisingly dry with a long and satisfying finish. This wine is perfect as an aperitif, but the fine structure also makes it a perfect pair with fish courses, vegetable soups, fresh cheeses and white meats.
