Producer's Notes: Pale gold yellow in color. Of a good intensity, it is delicately peppered, elegant and subtle, with notes of pear and honeysuckle. A sweet presentation, with a mid-palate that presents a beautiful roundness and an intense floral touch. The finish is persistent with a slight hint of minerality. Accompanies: Appetizers, shrimp avocado, frog legs, grilled fish.
