Producer's Notes: Trévallon is known for its long aging process, more than 2 years for its reds. Racking is kept to a strict minimum, the lees found at the bottom of the barrels continue to nourish the wine during the ageing process. This 2005 is very well balanced with a long and fresh finish. The nose offers up delicate aromas of blackcurrants and wild strawberries. Pair with roast leg of lamb with thyme or some other fine game. Cabernet Sauvignon: 50%, Syrah: 50%
