A decadent blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskey, each aged for no less than 10 years, married together and finished in xo cognac casks. NOSE Floral grains, honey & dried apricot before revealing a hint of vanilla. PALATE Light wafers, new leather, sultanas and almond. Touches of ginger infused chocolate, and zesty fruits. LINGER Long and gentle with ginger returning next to lemon zest and a touch of licorice to close.
