Fable Mountain Vineyards Night Sky (2013) 750 ML

The Night Sky is named after the vast and beautiful stars that light up the nights on this isolated farm and is also a nod to biodynamics, which Fable Mountain practices meticulously. Syrah 50%, Grenache 35%, Mouvedre 15%. The wine exhibits aromas of carnation, rose spice with hints of jasmine and undertones of herbs. On the palette there is ripe cherries and red berry fruits with a smooth lasting finish from 24 months oak aging.
