Glenrothes Speyside Peated Cask Reserve Single Malt Whisky 750 ML

Producer's Notes: Delving deep into our distillery's history, we chanced upon an early association with the Islay Distillery Co, struck back in 1887. This provided the stimulus for a new expression, one that reflects a delightfully serendipitous result. We selected whisky from the Vintage 1992 to give a temporary home in a cask hailing from the peaty lands of Islay. This was allowed just the right amount of time to add a kiss of peat smoke, complementing, but not overpowering its exquisite character. It is a first for our distillery, but going by the taste, it may not be the last.
