Producer's Notes: Exclusive property of the Joly family, the vineyard of the Coulée of Serrant is a Controlled Origin consisting of only 7 hectares. The vineyard was planted in 1130 by Cistercian monks. Partly cultivated with the horse, or the hand, the average output is only 20/25 hectolitres per hectare.
