Pheasant's Tears Chinuri, Georgia (2017)

The lightest, crispest white wine in the line up. Apple and herb nose. Nice fresh, appley, herby palate with a bit of grip and nice freshness. Dry and unfiltered, Chinuri should be considered an amber wine/orange wine because it was macerated, acquiring a golden hue. Slightly frizzante.
