Medium-bodied, smoky with hints of spice on the nose and a palate of plum and red berries. Cabernet Sauvignon is considered the crown prince of grape varieties and this wine is exactly that. It has classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromas, characterized by black plum, cassis and Mediterranean seasoning accompanied by a warming oak facet. The only Israeli winery in the Spectator's TOP 100 wines. Founded in 2000. High elevation vineyards. Aged 5 months in French oak.
