Much loved for it’s freshness, mouth watering acidity and upfront fruit. Rustenberg makes a slightly fuller, richer style of Sauvignon Blanc without relying on the influence of oak. The intrinsic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of green pepper, asparagus and gooseberry are to be found in this wine, with underlying tones of pineapple and passion fruit, sustained on a fresh, crispy and well-balanced palate with prodigious length.
