From the winemaker: “Think salted almonds, lemon cake, & rock candy” – this captivating white is a blend of barrels based on a solera system combined with wine from the 2021 vintage. It is a study of oxidation (openness and nutty) and reduction (closed and mineral). There is nothing like it around. It is also delicious.
