Producer Notes: Batch 004 is an 11-barrel blend of a 75/13/12 mash bill distilled in Frankfort, KY. These barrels range in proof from 131.5 to 106 proof. One of these barrels yielded a mere 68 bottles. After years of aging, the angels took more than their fair share. But the bourbon that remained was comparable to a well-reduced sauce.
