Producer Notes: Lively aromas of lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple, with similar flavors on the palate joined by broad fruit notes of honeydew melon and passion fruit. To preserve the purity and delicate characteristics of the bright, fresh fruit, the grapes for our Sauvignon Blanc were gently whole cluster pressed before undergoing a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
