Tchotiashvili Mtsvane Kvevri Amber 2019, Georgia

Certified Organic Mtsvane Kakhuri grapes macerated 8 months in traditional qvevri. Mtsvane literally translates to “Green from Kakheti.” This wine is the color of honey with spicy golden fruits, herbal notes, spices and great complexity. It’s absolutely delicious and remarkably food friendly. Produced with low-intervention winemaking, low SO2 (total sulfites under 70 mg/L), fermented with native yeasts, and unfined/unfiltered.
