Tchotiashvili Saperavi Kvevri Red 2020, Georgia

This Saperavi is dark and deep red in color, with scents and flavors of dark fruits, chocolate and spices. Macerated 3.5 months on full grape skins, pips and stems, this was aged in qvevri, followed by French oak. No synthetic materials, bottled unfiltered.
