Light bodied, with scents of currant and bright spice. Cranberry, red berry and nutmeg on the palate. Lively and refreshing, bright in fruit, light and elegant, wonderfully transmitting the unique method in which it is created: this 100% organic Tavkveri was fermented using Qvevri, clay vessels buried in the ground, an ancient method of controlling temperature. The process creates wines with a unique character. This wine is for contemplation. Only 1500 bottles were produced, each hand-numbered.
