Trinquevedel Tavel (2025)

Tavel is the only appellation in the Rhône dedicated entirely to rosé, and Trinquevedel is a benchmark producer imported by Kermit Lynch. Unlike its pale cousins, this is a dark, full-bodied "food rosé" with deep vinous character. It commands the palate with ripe red berries, spicy undertones, and fine tannins, making it substantial enough to pair with bistro burgers, charcuterie, or grilled meats.
